Tässä tietosuojaselosteessa pyrin kuvaamaan tuottamani palvelun sekä minun ja sinun väliseen asiakassuhteeseen perustuvan markkinoinnin ja muun yhteydenpidon vuoksi suoritettavaa henkilötietojesi käsittelystä.

MIKSI HENKILÖTIETOJA KERÄTÄÄN?
Pääasiassa tietojasi kerätään toimittamaan tilaamasi palvelu sekä laskutuksen mahdollistamiseksi. Kerättäviä tietoja tarvitaan kurssin ostamiseksi, maksun suorittamiseksi / laskujen lähettämiseen tilaamastasi kurssista / palvelusta (Holvi.com - tietosuojaseloste luettavaksi), kun rekisteröidyt kurssialustalle (NewZenler - tietosuojaseloste luettavaksi), Livetuntien alustalle osallistuessa (Zoom.us - tietosuojaseloste luettavaksi) sekä markkinointitarkoituksiin (nimi ja sähköpostiosoite). Kurssipalautteet kerätään Google Formsin kautta (tietosuojaseloste luettavaksi). Tällä sivustolla käytetään Googlen Fontteja (lue lisää täältä). Ulkomaisiin ostoihin Yoga Shantiha käyttää Etsy-verkkokauppaa (tietosuojaseloste luettavaksi), jonka tietosuojan asetuksiin ja tiedon keräämiseen Yoga Shantiha ei voi vaikuttaa.
Tietojasi ei käytetä minkäänlaiseen optimointiin eikä analysointiin Yoga Shantihan toimesta.
MITÄ HENKILÖTIETOJA KERÄTÄÄN?
Kerättävät tiedot
- Nimesi ja sähköpostiosoitteesi
- Tilaamiasi palveluita ja/tai tuotteita koskevat tiedot
- Laskutustiedot (nimi, sähköposti) mikäli haluat maksaa kurssin laskulla
- Annetut suoramarkkinointiluvat esim. uutiskirjeisiin (nimi, sähköposti)
- Kyselylomakkeilla tai sähköisillä lomakkeilla kerätyt tiedot (Google Forms, anonyymi lomake)
- Palautteet ja muut yhteydenotot joko sähköpostilla tai yhteystietolomakkeella (nimi, sähköposti) (yhteystietolomake WordPress / NewZenler)
- Kirjautumistiedot kurssialustan NewZenler-palveluun (nimi, sähköposti)
- Verkkotunnistetiedot (muun muassa IP-osoite ja päätelaitteen tunnistetiedot) (Yoga Shantiha ei kerää näitä tietoja, mutta ei voi taata ettei järjestelmätoimittajat [NewZenler, Holvi, Google, Zoom, Etsy) näin tee
- Mahdolliset muut vapaaehtoisesti antamasi tiedot
Lisäksi Holvi.com-palvelu sekä Etsy-palvelu voivay kerätä tietoja maksusuoristusta tehdessäsi. Tutustuthan heidän tietosuojaselosteesiin.
YogaShantiha ei tallenna minkäänlaisia tietoja maksusuoritukseen liittyen (ellei kyse ole peruutusoikeuden käyttämisestä, jolloin tarvitaan Asiakkaan tilinumero maksun palauttamiseksi).
Lisäksi voit maksaa Edenredin, Smartumin tai ePassin mobiilisovelluksilla. Palveluiden tietosuojan löydät toimittajien omilta sivuilta. Yoga Shantiha ei ole vastuussa Edenredin, Smartumin eikä ePassin toiminnasta eikä tietosuojasta.
SÄHKÖISEN JA PERINTEISEN SUORAMARKKINOINNIN TOTEUTTAMINEN
Mikäli olet antanut luvan markkinointi- ja uutiskirjeisiin, käytetään tietojasi kyseisiin tarkoituksiin. Tähän tarkoitukseen suoritettu henkilötietojen käsittely perustuu antamaasi suostumukseen (sähköinen suoramarkkinointi).
VERKKOKURSSITILAUSTEN VASTAANOTTAMINEN JA TOIMITTAMINEN / LIVETUNNEILLE OSALLISTUMINEN
Yoga Shantiha voi käsitellä nimi- ja sähköpostitietojasi, kirjautumistietojasi, tilaamiasi palveluita ja/tai tuotteita koskevia tietoja, sekä maksun tilatietoja tai laskutustietojasi vastaanotettaessa ja toimitettaessa tekemiäsi verkkokurssitilauksia. Tähän tarkoitukseen suoritettava henkilötietojen käsittely perustuu Yoga Shantihan ja sinun väliseen sopimukseen.
ULKOPUOLISET PALVELUNTARJOAJAT
Henkilötietojasi (nimi ja sähköpostiosoite) voidaan käyttää kolmansien osapuolien eli palveluntarjoajien (NewZenler-kurssialusta, Google Forms, WordPress, Holvi.com, Etsy.com). Tällaiset palveluntarjoajat voivat sijaita tai käsitellä henkilötietojasi sekä EU:ssa että sen ulkopuolella. Yoga Shantiha ei voi vaikuttaa kyseisten palveluntarjoajien tietojen keräämiseen sekä hyödyntämiseen, eikä Yoga Shantiha vastaa kolmansien osapuolien tietoturvasta.

Palvelun käyttäjänä sitoudut antamaan paikkansapitäviä tietoja.
HENKILÖTIETOJEN SÄILYTYSAIKA
Henkilötietojasi säilytetään niin kauan kuin se on tarpeen niiden tarkoitusten toteuttamiseksi, joita varten henkilötiedot on kerätty. Lähtökohtaisesti tietoja säilytetään niin kauan kuin käytät palvelua (kurssin voimassaolo). Tietojasi voidaan säilyttää markkinointitarkoituksiin kurssin päättymisen jälkeen, mikäli et ole tehnyt pyyntöä poistaa tietojasi postituslistalta. Postituslistalla tarvittavat tiedot ovat vain nimesi sekä sähköpostiosoitteesi.
REKISTERÖIDYN OIKEUDET

LINKIT KOLMANSIEN OSAPUOLIEN SIVUSTOIHIN
Sivustolla saattaa olla linkkejä muiden ylläpitämille ja omistamille verkkosivustoille. Linkitetyt sivustot eivät ole Yoga Shantihan määräysvallassa eikä Yoga Shantiha vastaa niiden sisällöstä. Mikäli vierailet linkitetyllä sivustolla, sinun tulee erikseen tarkistaa tällaiselle sivustolle soveltuvat käyttöehdot ja tietosuojaselosteet.
Tämä sivusto käyttää Google Fontteja. Kun sivustolla vieraillaan, on sivustolle upotettu Googlen fontit. Sivusto lähettää HTTP-pyyntöjä Google Fonts Web API:lle. Google Fonts Web API palvelee käyttäjille Google Fonts Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) -kirjasimia ja sen jälkeen CCS:ssä määritettyjä fonttitiedostoja. WHY IS PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?
Your information is primarily collected to deliver the services you have ordered and to enable billing. The collected data is necessary for purchasing the course, processing payments, and sending invoices for the course/service you have ordered (Holvi.com - read their privacy policy), when registering on the course platform (NewZenler - read their privacy policy), participating in live sessions on the platform (Zoom.us - read their privacy policy), and for marketing purposes (name and email address). Course feedback is collected through Google Forms (read their privacy policy). This website uses Google Fonts (read more on their website). For international purchases, Yoga Shantiha uses the Etsy online marketplace (read their privacy policy), and Yoga Shantiha cannot control Etsy's privacy settings and data collection practices. Your data will not be used for any optimization or analysis by Yoga Shantiha.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED?
Collected data includes:
- Your name and email address Information related to the services and/or products you have ordered
- Billing information (name, email) if you choose to pay by invoice
- Direct marketing permissions (e.g., for newsletters - name, email)
- Information collected through surveys or electronic forms (Google Forms, anonymous form)
- Feedback and other communications via email or contact forms (name, email) (contact form WordPress / NewZenler)
- Login information for the NewZenler course platform (name, email)
- Online identifiers (such as IP address and device identifiers) (Yoga Shantiha does not collect this data, but third-party providers [NewZenler, Holvi, Google, Zoom, Etsy] might)
- Any other voluntarily provided information
In addition, Holvi.com and Etsy may collect information related to payment transactions. Please review Holvi's privacy policy and Etsy's privacy policy. Yoga Shantiha does not store any payment-related information (unless it concerns the use of the right of withdrawal, in which case the Customer's account number is required for refunding the payment). Additionally, you can make payments using mobile applications from Edenred, Smartum, or ePassi. You can find information about their data protection on the suppliers' websites. Yoga Shantiha is not responsible for the operations or data protection of Edenred, Smartum, or ePassi.
IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRONIC AND TRADITIONAL DIRECT MARKETING
If you have given permission for marketing and newsletters, your data will be used for those purposes. This processing of personal data for these purposes is based on your consent (electronic direct marketing).
RECEIVING AND DELIVERING ONLINE COURSE ORDERS / PARTICIPATING IN LIVE SESSIONS
Yoga Shantiha may process your name and email address, login information, information related to the services and/or products you have ordered, and payment or invoicing information when receiving and delivering your online course orders. This processing of personal data is based on the agreement between Yoga Shantiha and you.
EXTERNAL SERVICE PROVIDERS
Your personal data (name and email address) may be used by third-party service providers (NewZenler course platform, Google Forms, WordPress, Holvi.com, Etsy.com). Such service providers may be located or process your personal data both within and outside the EU. Yoga Shantiha cannot control the data collection and utilization of these service providers and is not responsible for the data security of third parties. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION As a user of the service, you agree to provide accurate information.
RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be retained as long as necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected. Generally, data will be retained for the duration of the service (course period). Your information may be kept for marketing purposes after the course ends if you have not requested to be removed from the mailing list.
